Welcome to the L'Hermitage Hotel Vancouver! Below, you'll find answers to some of our most frequently asked questions to help make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible.
Rates are displayed in Canadian Dollars (unless otherwise stated) and are subject to change based on availability. Rates are subject to a 19.18% tax.

A credit card in the name of the guest checking-in is required upon arrival. Minimum check-in age is 25 years.
Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the date of arrival, before 4:00 PM, or a penalty of one night's room and tax will be charged to the provided credit card. If your reservation is non-refundable, a penalty of all nights' room and tax will be charged. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for unforeseen cancellations.
Any changes or cancellations on or after the day of arrival will result in the processing of the full value of your stay. This policy applies to all changes to the number of room nights for all or part of your stay.
A valid credit card is required to guarantee each reservation and must be presented upon check-in, along with the cardholder's photo identification. Accepted credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
Rates are based on single/double occupancy. A charge of $30 per night plus taxes applies for each additional adult in the room or suite. One child under the age of 12 can stay in the same room as their parents at no extra charge.
In-room parties are prohibited. A maximum of 4 non-registered persons are allowed in a room or suite. All non-registered persons must leave the property by 10:00 PM. A warning will be issued for noise disturbances, and if not adhered to, the hotel reserves the right to involve local police and apply additional charges for damages or excessive disturbances.
L'Hermitage Hotel is not suited for group parties, including weddings, birthdays, bachelor, bachelorette parties, or similar gatherings. As a small, 100% smoke-free boutique hotel, we enforce a strict No Party Policy to ensure the comfort and security of all our guests.
Yes, L'Hermitage Hotel is completely smoke-free, including all guestrooms, balconies, and public spaces. Violations of this policy will result in a substantial smoking penalty of $400 per infraction.
The hotel offers valet parking for guests, with a secure, heated underground parking lot at $45.00 + applicable taxes. Guests enjoy unlimited in-and-out valet privileges. Valet Parking accommodates vehicles up to 7 feet 5 inches (2.28m).
We welcome canine guests with a one-time non-refundable cleaning fee of $50, plus taxes, for the duration of your stay, including pet amenities. Only one dog, weighing up to 20lbs, is allowed per room. This fee also applies to service dogs. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside the room and cannot be left alone in guest rooms. Due to health regulations, pets are not permitted in L'Orangerie Restaurant, Business Center, Boardroom, Pool Area, or Robson Terrace.
