With the utmost respect for the safety and the well-being of our guests and our associates, we are diligently redefining our cleaning standards, our services and health and safety protocols to defeat COVID 19. Please note that our room rates reflect the new standards and limited services offered at the property.
HOUSEKEEPING: Your room/suite will be cleaned upon departure only. During your time with us, fresh linens, towels, amenities will be provided upon request. No turn down service or daily cleaning will be available during your stay. Rigorous cleaning protocols with EPA hospital grade disinfectants have been implemented to ensure all surfaces, equipment and furniture are 100% disinfected & sanitized.
HOT BREAKFAST: Served between 7.00 am to 12 pm daily. Table service available in L’Orangerie Lounge by reservation only
L’ORANGERIE DINING: Served between 12.00pm to 10 pm daily. Menu provided for In-Room Service. Table service available in L’Orangerie Lounge by reservation only.
CAFÉ MEDINA: Fine Mediterranean-inspired cuisine & blends eclectic bistro, Café Medina is open from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm daily. As a guest of L’Hermitage, please refer to the hotel concierge for a table at Café Medina.
AMENITIES: Pool, steam rooms and fitness center are open with limited access based on new regulations. From 7.00 am to 8.00 pm daily.
PARKING: In place of valet parking, we are offering self-parking at a rate of $25.00 per night plus taxes. Check-in for Self-Parking Area located on your left on Richards Street just past West Georgia Street.
COMMON AREAS – CLEANING PROTOCOLS: We have dedicated a team of cleaning associates with the sole mission of disinfecting all public spaces and high traffic areas continuously throughout the day. We have installed multiples hand sanitizing stations in the lobby, all common areas, all elevators and on each floor of the hotel. We have installed Plexiglas partitions to all areas of direct interaction between guests/associates to protect from direct contact. COVID-19 signage & health and safety rules are implemented throughout the hotel.
